What Happens Next

01

Our team reads your intake form and identifies which engineers are best placed to assess your requirement.

02

We respond within one business day with an initial assessment and, if appropriate, a proposed calibration call agenda.

03

A calibration call of thirty to forty-five minutes allows us to map tolerances and confirm what the mechanism requires.

04

We produce a written technical proposal within three to five business days of the calibration call. The proposal is free of charge.

CNT-EXP · Expectation Setting

What to Expect From a Calibration Request

A calibration request is not a sales enquiry. It is the first operational step in what may become a technical engagement. We treat every request with the same level of attention regardless of the scale or budget indicated in the initial message.

We do not send automated responses or generic capability decks. Our initial reply will acknowledge the specific requirement you have described and either ask a targeted clarifying question or propose a calibration call directly.

If your requirement is outside our current capacity or clearly not suited to our service model, we will say so directly in our first response. We do not pursue engagements that we cannot deliver to calibre.
