PTF-000 · Regulated Outcomes Register

Mechanisms Assembled. Results Regulated.

Each entry in this register represents a complete engagement — from loose component state through assembly, testing and regulation to a delivered mechanism running accurately for the client. Outcomes are documented against the original calibre specification.

Legacy data centre infrastructure being migrated to AWS cloud architecture with auto-scaling and cost governance controls
Cloud Migration PTF-02

Legacy Infrastructure Migration to Regulated Cloud Architecture

A retail technology group operating five on-premise data centres needed to migrate to cloud ahead of a planned data centre lease expiry. Three years of deferred migration planning had produced a complex interdependency map and significant concern about downtime risk during the transition.

SOFTVYN conducted a full component audit, produced an interdependency matrix and designed a phased migration programme using the AWS Well-Architected Framework. The programme ran across seventeen weeks with zero unplanned downtime. Auto-scaling groups replaced fixed-capacity provisioning, reducing over-provisioning waste by 62% on day one of full cloud operation.

AI-Driven Operations Platform — SaaS Product Build

A growth-stage SaaS company needed to build an ML-powered operations platform to differentiate their monitoring product. The ML capability needed to integrate with existing data ingestion pipelines and produce accurate anomaly detection and predictive alerting with explainable outputs.

SOFTVYN assembled the ML training pipeline using Python and PyTorch, designed a feature store on AWS, built a real-time inference service behind a FastAPI layer and implemented model performance monitoring with automated retraining triggers. The entire assembly including staging, testing and production deployment was completed in nine weeks.

Enterprise systems integration architecture diagram showing ERP, CRM and data warehouse connected via API orchestration layer into a unified data flow
Systems Integration PTF-04

Enterprise ERP & CRM Integration Architecture

A UK manufacturing business with international operations was operating fourteen disconnected internal systems. Sales, operations, logistics, finance and HR all held separate data records with no automated synchronisation. Manual reconciliation consumed approximately forty person-hours per week and produced regular data discrepancies that affected customer-facing operations.

SOFTVYN designed an event-driven integration architecture using Apache Kafka as the orchestration backbone. Each system was connected via a standardised adapter layer with full error handling, retry logic, audit logging and alerting. Real-time synchronisation across all fourteen systems was achieved with a data consistency rate exceeding 99.8%.

DevOps automation workflow for healthcare technology platform showing compliance-checked deployment pipeline and automated security scanning
DevSecOps PTF-05

Compliance-Grade DevSecOps Pipeline — Healthcare Technology

A digital health platform requiring ISO 27001 and NHS DSP Toolkit compliance needed a development pipeline that enforced security and compliance controls at every stage without creating unacceptable delivery overhead for the engineering team.

SOFTVYN designed and implemented a DevSecOps pipeline with automated SAST, dependency scanning, container image scanning, secret detection and infrastructure compliance checks integrated directly into the CI/CD flow. Compliance evidence was generated automatically as a pipeline artefact, reducing audit preparation from three weeks to four hours.

Kubernetes cluster architecture running on Azure AKS with microservices deployed across multiple availability zones for a logistics technology platform
Kubernetes PTF-06

Production Kubernetes Platform — Logistics Technology Scale-Up

A logistics technology company scaling rapidly from fifty to four hundred enterprise clients needed to move from a monolithic application deployment to a microservices architecture on Kubernetes to support their growth trajectory without re-platforming their existing codebase.

SOFTVYN designed and deployed a production AKS cluster with Istio service mesh, Helm-based deployment management, Karpenter auto-scaling, Prometheus and Grafana observability stack and a regulated upgrade procedure. The platform was designed to support a tenfold increase in concurrent active clients without architectural change.

Custom web application and API platform built for professional services firm enabling automated client reporting and data analytics
Custom Software PTF-07

Custom Analytics Platform — Professional Services Firm

A UK professional services firm was producing monthly client reports manually from spreadsheets sourced across six data systems. The process took four days per report, introduced calculation errors at an estimated rate of one per eight reports and provided data that was fourteen days stale by the time it reached clients.

SOFTVYN assembled a custom analytics platform that ingested data from all six source systems, applied the firm's standard calculation logic, and produced formatted client reports automatically on a scheduled and on-demand basis. Report generation time dropped from four days to eleven minutes. Data freshness moved from fourteen days to under four hours.

Confidentiality and the Register Standard

The outcomes in this register are presented with client permission and in accordance with our standard confidentiality arrangements. Client names, specific financial figures and commercially sensitive technical details have been generalised where required by the terms of our engagement agreements.

All regulated outcome metrics — performance improvements, cost reductions, timeline data and quality measurements — are drawn from post-delivery review documentation agreed with the relevant client. We do not include estimated or projected outcomes in this register. Every figure represents a measured result from a completed mechanism.

For clients evaluating SOFTVYN for an engagement, reference calls with relevant completed-project clients can be arranged subject to the original client's consent and our confidentiality obligations. This request should be included in the calibration request form.
