SVC-001 · Service Architecture
SOFTVYN LTD does not offer off-the-shelf service packages. Every service is scoped, priced and delivered according to the specific mechanism being assembled. The service component index below describes each capability area in full — what the client typically brings to the engagement, what SOFTVYN assembles and what the regulated output delivers.
Services are available as individual components for clients with targeted requirements, as integrated service groups for clients undergoing transformation, and as ongoing regulated support for clients who need SOFTVYN to maintain the accuracy of their running mechanism after initial delivery.
SVC-CAT-01 · DevOps & Automation
Complete design and build of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. We assess your current source control strategy, branching model, testing coverage and deployment process — then architect and implement a regulated pipeline that automates the entire delivery lifecycle from commit to production. Works with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps and Bitbucket Pipelines.
Replace manual infrastructure management with version-controlled, auditable and repeatable IaC. We conduct threat modelling, attack surface analysis, identity and access review, secret management audit and network exposure mapping — producing a prioritised remediation plan that addresses risk in order of actual business impact.
Integrate security controls directly into your development and deployment pipelines. SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container image scanning, secret detection and compliance-as-code — all placed as components in the CI/CD mechanism rather than bolted on at the delivery stage.
SEQ-SVC · Service Regulation Process
The calibre assembly sequence applies to every service engagement regardless of type or scale.
Phase 01
A structured calibration call to understand requirements, current state, constraints and expected output. Followed by a technical review of existing systems where relevant. Duration: one to three days.
Phase 02
A written technical proposal defining exactly what will be assembled, how it will be delivered and how the regulated output will be measured. Fixed-price or time-and-materials depending on scope clarity. Duration: two to five business days.
Phase 03
Phased delivery against agreed milestones. Each phase is tested and validated before proceeding. Regular progress reporting against calibre metrics. No final handover without confirmed regulation of the complete output.
