SVC-001 · Service Architecture

Services Built Around Your Operating Mechanism

SOFTVYN LTD does not offer off-the-shelf service packages. Every service is scoped, priced and delivered according to the specific mechanism being assembled. The service component index below describes each capability area in full — what the client typically brings to the engagement, what SOFTVYN assembles and what the regulated output delivers.

Services are available as individual components for clients with targeted requirements, as integrated service groups for clients undergoing transformation, and as ongoing regulated support for clients who need SOFTVYN to maintain the accuracy of their running mechanism after initial delivery.

SEQ-SVC · Service Regulation Process

How Every Service Component is Delivered

The calibre assembly sequence applies to every service engagement regardless of type or scale.

Phase 01

Intake & Inspection

A structured calibration call to understand requirements, current state, constraints and expected output. Followed by a technical review of existing systems where relevant. Duration: one to three days.

Phase 02

Proposal & Scoping

A written technical proposal defining exactly what will be assembled, how it will be delivered and how the regulated output will be measured. Fixed-price or time-and-materials depending on scope clarity. Duration: two to five business days.

Phase 03

Assembly & Testing

Phased delivery against agreed milestones. Each phase is tested and validated before proceeding. Regular progress reporting against calibre metrics. No final handover without confirmed regulation of the complete output.

FAQ-001 · Service Questions

Common Workshop Questions

Yes. SOFTVYN LTD works with clients across the United Kingdom and internationally. The majority of our technical work is conducted remotely via secure tooling. On-site engagement is available for clients where physical presence during specific phases adds genuine value — kick-off workshops, architecture review sessions or regulated handover training are the most common examples.
We begin every engagement with an inspection phase specifically designed to define and confirm requirements before any assembly work begins. Where requirements are genuinely undefined, we structure a paid discovery engagement that produces a clear technical specification — this becomes the input to the main assembly scope. We do not begin building against unclear requirements as this invariably produces drift from the intended output.
A calibration request is simply the first step in the engagement process. You submit a brief description of your situation and requirements via the contact form. Our team will respond within one business day to schedule an initial call — typically thirty to forty-five minutes — to understand the mechanism you need assembled. This call is free and carries no obligation to proceed.
Yes. We offer regulated support and maintenance arrangements for mechanisms we have assembled. This includes SLA-backed incident response, regular calibration reviews, planned update cycles and knowledge transfer for your internal team. Support terms are defined in the service agreement prior to delivery and are scoped to the specific mechanism, not a generic support package.
In the majority of cases, yes. SOFTVYN is technology-agnostic in its approach. We assess what exists, identify what the mechanism requires and work with the client's existing investments wherever they are sound. Where a component needs to be replaced because it cannot be regulated to the required standard, we advise clearly and propose the specific replacement with full justification.
SOFTVYN works with businesses from growth-stage technology companies through to established enterprises across financial services, retail, healthcare, professional services and manufacturing technology. The common factor is not company size — it is the presence of a genuine technical assembly requirement that benefits from engineering precision. We assess each enquiry on its technical merits, not on revenue thresholds.
Pricing is determined by the scope of the mechanism to be assembled. Where requirements are clear and well-defined, we provide fixed-price proposals with clear payment milestones. Where complexity or requirements uncertainty warrants it, we use a time-and-materials model with agreed rate cards and regular progress billing. All pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins and is not subject to change without a formal variation request agreed by both parties.
